BARKSDALE, District Judge.
This is a civil action instituted by the plaintiffs, against the defendant, for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiffs as the result of the negligent operation of an automobile by the defendant, in this District. The complaint alleges that the “plaintiffs are both citizens of the German Reich, temporarily residing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania”, and that defendant is a citizen and resident of this, district.
