OPINION and ORDER

CAMPBELL-SMITH, Chief Judge.

This is a claim for breach of contract and an uncompensated taking of property that arises out of the government’s termination of plaintiffs contract to supply durable medical equipment to Medicare recipients. See Corrected Compl. (Compl.), ECF No. 10. This case was transferred to the undersigned on October 7,2013. ECF No. 77.
