¶1 Diane Morigeau appeals from the February 23, 2009 order of the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District, Flathead County, dismissing her complaint against the defendants David Gorman, M.D. and Northwest Healthcare Corporation d/b/a Poison Family Medical Clinic. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
¶2 The issue on appeal is whether the District Court properly concluded that it lacked jurisdiction over the action.
