INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Wilderness USA, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action in New York State Supreme Court, Monroe County, seeking various forms of relief arising out of a contractual dispute with defendant DeAngelo Brothers LLC (“Defendant”). (Dkt. 1-1). On July 25, 2017, Defendant *303filed a notice of removal to this Court based on diversity jurisdiction. (Dkt. 1; see Dkt. 2 (continuation of exhibits)).
