|2Pefendant, John Kelly, appeals the grant of summary judgment on liability on a promissory note in favor of plaintiff, Louis Pannagl, and intervenor, 2909 Constance Street, LLC. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Procedural History

Plaintiff, Mr. Pannagl, filed a Petition mi Note thereby instituting the instant proceedings. Defendant, Mr. Kelly, filed an Answer and Reconventional Demand, raising affirmative defenses to the note and asserting claims against Mr. Pannagl for defamation and to rescind the transfer of his membership interest in 2909 Constance Street, LLC…
