In a petition to the Circuit Court of Baltimore City on April 13, 1944, Nancy Lessans, appellant, alleged that the court had passed a final decree in 1940 ordering her husband, Samuel Lessans, appellee, to pay $45 per week as permanent alimony, and $15 per week for the support and maintenance of a minor child; that subsequently her husband had instituted a suit for divorce against her in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, wherein he fraudulently concealed the decree; that the Arizona court is without jurisdiction to entertain the suit because he is…
