OPINION AND ORDER

DOYLE, District Judge.

This is a civil action for injunctive and declaratory relief against further proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in which plaintiff is charged with unfair labor practices. The complaint also seeks an order compelling disclosure of agency records under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, as amended, Pub.L.No.93-502 (1974). Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction insofar as it seeks an injunction against the NLRB proceeding and for failure to state a claim upon which relief…
