In this case we construe the applicability of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, 42 U.S.C. sections 4601 to -55 (2001) (the Federal Act), and the Colorado Relocation Assistance and Land Acquisition Policies Act, sections 24-56-101 to -121, 7 C.R.S. (2001) (the Colorado Act) (collectively, the Acts).
