YANKWICH, District Judge.

By the Complaint the plaintiff seeks injunction and damages under the provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (Public Law 86-257, 73 Stat. 519, U.S. Code Congressional and Administrative News 1959, p. 565 et seq.) 29 U.S.C.A. § 401 et seq. and more particularly under § 101 and § 102 of the Act. The action is directed against Local 467 of San Ber-nardino and Riverside counties, an affiliate of the National Brotherhood of Teamsters, Truck Drivers, Warehouse-men and Helpers, and members of its Executive Board, all citizens of California.
