OWENS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs have filed a motion to send out additional class notices to Dairy Queen franchisees in this antitrust class action lawsuit. In response, defendants have filed a motion to stay the proceedings as to the categories of franchisees that are the subject of plaintiffs’ motion. With their motion to stay defendants have filed an affidavit of Michael P. Sullivan, president and chief executive officer of International Dairy Queen, Inc., and American Dairy Queen Corporation.
