Plaintiffs Rocco Marini (“Marini”) and Josephine Marini (“Mrs. Marini”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) brought this action against Harold Adamo, Jr. (“Adamo”), Lisa Adamo (“Mrs. Adamo”), The Bolton Group, Inc.
