Opinion by Justice MOSELEY.
According to Allen Ray Shipp’s version of events, he accompanied his wife, Carol, to the Wal-Mart store in Bonham. While there, Carol turned over the shopping cart to him which contained a computer and computer desk, along with what she represented was a receipt for the items. Carol told him that the items had already been checked out and paid for and that he needed to take them to the car. As he exited the store, he was stopped by a Wal-Mart employee, who asked to see a receipt for the items in the shopping cart; the receipt he exhibited to the store…
