The City of Philadelphia (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) ordering Joseph Welseh (Claimant) to undergo a physical examination pursuant to Section 314 of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) 1.
