Respondent, Kenneth S. Ampel, was admitted to the prac*58tice of law in New York by the First Judicial Department on March 5, 1979 under the name Kenneth Seth Ampel. At all times relevant herein respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
