On the Court’s own motion, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 et seq., sanctions in the amount of $2,000 are imposed against David B. Cohen, Esq., and sanctions in the amount of $250 are imposed against Thomas D. Shanahan, Esq., payable to the Lawyers’ Fund for Ghent Protection. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
