OPINION

GARRARD, Judge

Case Summary

Lee and Teresa Fuller, d/b/a Lee’s Hauling, and Eddie Bright appeal an order granting summary judgment in favor of the Town *319of Vevay (“Vevay”) and its elected officials. We reverse and remand.

Issues

The Fullers present various issues which we restate as:

I. Whether the Public Lawsuit Statute was applicable, and if so, whether its requirements were met;

II. Whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment against the Fullers on their claim that the Vevay Town Council violated the Competitive Bidding Statute when it failed to award the trash service…
