An action on a promissory note for $312, dated September 27, 1920. The defendant denied the execution of the note, and alleged that if she did sign the note, or any written contract to purchase a certain carbide lighting plant, pursuant to which the said note was claimed to have been given, she was induced to sign same by fraud and misrepresentation on the part of the plaintiff.
