KENNELLY, District Judge.

Tyrone McMillian was found guilty after a bench trial on one count of possession of firearms and ammunition as a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). McMillian now appeals the denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.

I. Background
