This case involves the issue of whether “supervisors” as contrasted with “employees” may be enjoined by the courts of this state from engaging in concerted activities, including picketing, for the purpose of securing recognition by their employer of a union local, composed of “supervisors” only, to which they belong, as their collective bargaining agent.
