hln this personal injury case, the Defendants, Larry Theriot, II (Officer Theriot), and the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government (LCG), appeal the trial court’s grant of the motion for partial summary judgment filed by the Plaintiff, Melissa B. Dugas, on the issue of liability. Additionally, Officer Theriot and LCG seek a supervisory writ of review of the trial court’s denial of their cross-motion for summary judgment.
