I. INTRODUCTION.
The matter before the Court is the Complaint filed by the Middlesex Savings Bank (the “Bank”) against the Debtor, Robert P. Flaherty, d/b/a Green Valley Landscaping (the “Debtor”). Through its Complaint, the Bank seeks a determination that a debt in the sum of $66,728 owed to it by the Debtor is nondischargeable in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case.
