FINKLE, Bankruptcy Judge.

Noel Hiram Crespo Cajigas (“Cajigas”) and Marianne Manzanet Girona (“Girona”) (collectively the “Debtors”) appeal from an order granting summary judgment (the “Order”) in favor of creditor Candel Coop *62(“Candel”),1 a Puerto Rico credit union.2 The bankruptcy court determined that the Debtors’ obligation to Candel was nondis-chargeable under § 523(a)(2)(A) and entered the Order in favor of Candel.3 For the reasons discussed below, we VACATE the Order, and REMAND to the bankruptcy court.
