After a jury trial, Telliton Evans was convicted of armed robbery, possession of a knife during the commission of a felony, and hijacking a motor vehicle. He appeals, arguing that the trial was barred by double jeopardy, that the evidence was insufficient, that an in-court identification was improper, that his trial counsel was ineffective, and that the trial court imposed an improper sentence for the hijacking offense.
