By this appeal the Chicago City Railway Company, appellant, seeks to have reversed a judgment entered against it in the Circuit Court of Cook county, for $1,267.67, in favor of appellee, the administrator of the estate of Karolina Jankus, deceased, who was struck and killed by one of appellant’s street cars at the intersection of Wentworth avenue and Sixty-second street in the city of Chicago, about 6:30 a. m., on September 20, 1911.
