— This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a judgment against them in an action for money had and received. The ease was tried to the court, without the intervention of a jury.

From the evidence it appears that sometime prior to December 30, 1942, defendant Schneider, a real estate broker, received from a client a bond issued by the United Public Utilities Company, a New Jersey corporation, with the request that he sell it for the client.
