The plaintiff prays for judgment against the defendant in the sum of $15,554.49, on account of the alleged breach of a contract entered into between the parties on the 24th ■day of June, 1909, by which the plaintiff] was to- construct for the defendant an addition to the administration building of the University of Idaho.
