STATUTES – STATUTORY INTERPRETATION – COMPLIANCE WITH STATE COMAR REGULATIONS When interpreting a statute that acts as a statutory exclusionary rule, Maryland Code, § 10-309 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, the State must comply with the statutory requirements expressly provided in the statute.
