MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTON, District Judge.

Throughout the trial in this matter, which commenced on January 16, 2007, the parties have raised a number of evidentia-ry disputes. During the course of the trial, the Court resolved those disputes from the bench. Nonetheless, the Court concludes that it is appropriate to memorialize some of those rulings in a written opinion.
