The first stated action had for its object the setting aside of certain mortgages upon the plant and other property of the Bdisto Cypress Shingle Company, to the end that plaintiffs and defendants, who had recovered judgment against said company, might have said plant and other property sold to satisfy the executions issued upon said judgments.
