Plaintiff MorEquity, Inc. (“MorEquity”), brought a mortgage foreclosure action in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, against defendants Abdul and Sally Naeem (the “Naeems”), Prairie Village Townhome Association, Fremont Investment & Loan (“Fremont”) and the United States, seeking a judgment of foreclosure and sale of the Naeems’ home.
