This suit was filed by Granva Corporation, plaintiff, to compel specific performance of an agreement to lease certain real property to Dietrich Walter Heyder and Jennette Moore Heyder, defendants herein. The bill alleged that during August, 1962, the defendants entered into an oral agreement with plaintiff’s corporate rental agent to lease certain business property owned by the plaintiff in the city of Norfolk, at an agreed monthly rental, for a period of five years and four months, commencing on September 1, 1962; that the oral agreement was reduced to writing and signed by the defendants…
