A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of larceny, four specifications of assault consummated by battery, and two specifications of wrongfully communicating a threat, in violation of Articles 121, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 921, 928, 934 (2012), respectively.
