Steven Brewer appeals from his guilty plea judgment and sentence imposed by the district court on December 16, 1993 for making a false statement to a federal agency in connection with obtaining a $89,000 home loan. On December 28, 1993, Brewer filed a “Motion for New Trial and/or Motion for Reconsideration.” The district court denied the motion on February 8,1994.
