This appeal arises from the 2013 foreclosure sale of appellants Ashraf Mahmoud and Valerie Jackson’s condominium unit in Houston, Texas. In 2013, Mahmoud and Jackson filed suit against the condo owners association, the company that manages the day-to-day affairs of the complex, the law firm hired to collect on delinquent homeowner accounts, and the attorney responsible for their account.
