This was a bill filed by the appellee, the complainant below, against George Willis and the appellants, praying for the specific performance of an alleged contract to sell forty-four acres of land, in the east half of the southwest quarter of section 4, township 31 north, range 8 east, in the county of Grundy. The bill was filed January 20, 1865, appellee then being in possession of the • land, which he described as being in the east half of the northwest quarter of said section.
