MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
This is an action for relief from copyright infringement. Jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code and 28 U.S.C. Section 1338(a). Plaintiff asks that defendant be preliminarily and permanently enjoined, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 502, from infringing plaintiff’s alleged copyright in a “fanciful inflatable unicorn animal” (“the Unicorn”). Plaintiff also asks that defendant be required, pursuant to 17 U.S.C.
