HULEN, District Judge.
This is the second trial of this case. It was instituted to condemn land in the city of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The Public Buildings Administrator has recommended an expenditure of $430,000 for the erection (post war) of a post office and court house on the proposed site. The issue is the right of the plaintiff to condemn the particular land described in the second amended petition. Iska W.
