Plaintiff, City of Portland, appeals from summary judgment in favor of defendants David Anderson and The Oregonian in an action in which plaintiff sought to prevent disclosure of public records. Plaintiff assigns error to the trial court’s grant of defendant’s motion for summary judgment and its denial of plaintiffs motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
