PARKER, J.

This is an appeal from the district court for Colfax county. The action was brought by Dominick Cassan, the appellant and cross-appellee, against Jessie Cassan for divorce. The complaint alleged that the appellee abandoned and deserted the appellant, that she is addicted to the use of intoxicating liquors to excess, and that she has refused to. maintain the relations of wife to the appellant.
