{¶ 1} This is an appeal from an order of a probate court appointing a guardian for the person and estate of an incompetent person pursuant to R.C. 2111.02.

{¶ 2} On June 29, 2006, Alice E. Ledford filed an application pursuant to R.C. 2111.03, asking the probate court to appoint her guardian of the person of her mother, Alice I. Richardson.
