Thomas James Mahone, a state court prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals the district court’s denial of his motions pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) for relief from judgment based on fraud and for reconsideration, 1 Fed.R.Civ.P. 11 for sanctions against Tracy D. Masters, the Director of Legal Services for the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles, and Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 for summary judgment.
