This is an appeal from a conviction of voluntary manslaughter (I.C. 1971, 35-13-4-2, being Burns § 10-3405) at a trial by jury in the Shelby County Superior Court, Judge George Tolen, presiding. Appellant was sentenced to from two to twenty-one years in prison.
