This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Jefferson county at law in favor of the appellee, Duncan Allen, canceling and holding for naught a judgment against him in favor of appellant, Joseph Barkate, rendered by the same court on November 7, 1924, for the sum of $354.40, as the balance due on a note that had been executed by Allen in favor of Bar-kate, and in that judgment a chattel mortgage lien on thi’ee mules was foreclosed in favor of Barkate, and an order of sale was decreed that the mules be sold and the proceeds of the sale applied in payment of that judgment.
