This original mandamus action involves an interlocutory appeal of a class certification ruling. In the underlying class action lawsuit, the trial court denied class certification. On an interlocutory appeal under section 51.014(3) of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code, the court of appeals ordered a class certified. 905 S.W.2d 642, 655 (Tex.App.—Houston [14th Dist.], writ dism’d w.o.j.).
