Defendants, Charles G. Douglas, III and Douglas and Douglas move for an order to reconvene the deposition of Martin A. Mc-Donough, to compel answers to certain questions at that deposition and for sanctions. Defendant Caroline Douglas joined in the motion. Defendants charge that plaintiffs counsel improperly interrupted plaintiffs testimony, interjected speaking objections suggesting responses and improperly instructed the witness not to answer questions, all in violation of Local Rule 39.1(a)(3) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 30(c) and (d)(1).
