Before the Court for decision is Plaintiff’s Motion For Order Directing Counsel to Cease Obstructionist Tactics During Oral Depositions [Dkt. 40], The Court has *560reviewed all of the pleadings relating to this issue and heard argument of counsel concerning the same.
