The debtor-in-possession and its Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee have brought a complaint against the former shareholders of the debtor’s corporate predecessor, alleging that the transactions by which those shareholders sold their stock violated the Uniform Fraudulent Conveyance Act, M.S.A. §§ 26.881-26.893 [M.C.L.A. §§ 566.11-566.23] (1982) (the UFCA).
