Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States filed a bill of interpleader to determine" the disposition of the proceeds of a $5,000 insurance policy on the life of William C. Fitzpatrick, now deceased, claimed on the one hand by John F. and James E. Fitzpatrick, minor children of the deceased, or their representatives, and on the other by Hugh H. McMillan, administrator of the estate of deceased. Others also joined as parties defendant make no claim. William O. Fitzpatrick took out two policies in plaintiff company.
