The plaintiff, General Electric Company, by its bill charges Independent Lamp & Wire Company, Incorporated, the defendant, with infringement of United States letters patent No. 1,082,933, granted December 30, 1913, to plaintiff, as assignee of William B. Coolidge, for improvements in tungsten and *825methods of making the same for use as filaments of incandescent electric lamps, and for other purposes.
