This is a suit for infringement of reissue patent No. 18,678, granted December 6, 1932, to Johannes Ostermeier of Althegnenberg, Germany, assignor by mesne assignments to General Electric Company, the plaintiff. The original patent, No. 1,776,637, was granted to Ostermeier on September 23, 1930. The defendants are the Munder Electrical Company, a Massachusetts corporation; Charles F.
